We collect only what we need to fulfil a booking or enquiry: name, phone, address, optional email, machine model and service notes. Bookings are stored on our servers so the care desk and assigned technician can reach you.
We do not sell personal data. We may share your address and phone with the technician assigned to your job. Payment, if collected digitally, is processed by the payment provider — we do not store card numbers.
You can request a copy or deletion of your booking record by emailing care@aquacleanservices.com with your booking ID.
